Bolderado – Fly Fishing Adventures(FFA) is an amateur guiding service based in Victor, Idaho. Amateur, means that I do not charge for my guiding service, I only guide friends and family gratis. The trips we take are typically floats on local rivers like the Henry’s Fork, The South Fork of the Snake in Swan Valley, the Teton or the Madison in Montana. We occasionally float the Big Hole and the Missouri in Montana and the Flaming Gorge of the Green River in Utah. Sometimes we wade locations such as The Railroad Ranch of the Henry’s Fork or inside Yellowstone National Park.
Guests stay at my cabin in Victor, which is an excellent home base for fishing the Teton, the South Fork and Henry’s Fork. My drift boat, a 2021 Hyde Montana Skiff, is kept in the garage there. If YNP or the Missouri is the destination, we will book local hotel or VRBO. We do trips May through October.
The Three Amigos, myself and my close friends from Florida, exchange trips every year. I host them in Victor and they host me in various locations in Florida, like the Boca Grande area or the Florida Everglades where we focus on tarpon and snook. I have a number of local friends from Utah that I fish with and few others from Colorado and Pennsylvania. I also enjoy taking Idaho guides out for a float on the day off
